Designed a scalable, flexible multi-product design system that accelerated the implementation of new features in a fast-paced startup while ensuring visual consistency and a modern look across digital products.
Enhanced the CMS user interface and experience by streamlining workflows and improved the Creative Video Studio App by introducing micro-interactions and features that increased efficiency and accuracy in video editing and montage and made the user experience more intuitive, smooth and engaging.
My role
Led the UX design and research process, designed the Design System, and crafted intuitive product interfaces.
- Conducted UX Research to evaluate current users needs and pain points through interviews and survey
- Collaborate with PO to prioritize features for new releases based on UX Research discoveries
- Conduct user testing sessions to validate product usability, functionalities, and user flows through interactive prototype
- Conducted UI Inventory and explored UI designs to define new high-level UI visual direction
- Defined the Design System Foundations (Color system, Typography System, Spacing & Grid System, Shadows, Icons library
- Designed the Components library (Atoms, Molecules, Organisms

Marketing website
After completing the work on the CMS and Creative Studio, I designed the marketing website, redefining the brand’s visual direction. The site served as a launchpad to showcase Cinema8’s products at a Silicon Valley event, aiming to attract new customers in North America while providing existing European customers with enhanced digital content, including video courses, tutorials, podcasts, case studies, e-books, and a new private area for managing payments and licenses
